For this particular event, the top 20 salespeople from the National Sales Division were to be rewarded for their achievements with a week-long trip joined by their partners. The brief: To create an 'outside of the box' luxury experience for these high performers and their significant others.

Apparel Spritz on rooftop bars, chartered flights, private speedboats and degustation menus at Michelin-star restaurants were just some of the intense 'wow' factors.

Italy's fashion capital would provide a bustling urban atmosphere, while Croatia's historic walled city would balance with some relaxed coastal vibes. On offer was everything from a private speedboat tour of Lake Como to exclusive use of the world-famous Monza racetrack in Milan.

The delegates' partners were treated to an exclusive fashion experience - visiting a top Italian fashion house meeting the designer and purchasing some of the collection.

In Croatia, the group traveled on a vintage Dalmatian boat to a beautiful restaurant for a delicious lunch with a sommelier on board explaining local wines.

The farewell dinner held in the spectacular Lovrijenac Fortress, was the culinary and cultural highlight with a private performance by world famous Croatian performers the '2cellos' who fill stadiums across Europe and have performed for the Queen.
