The 2016 Conference is the largest event in their calendar year and aims to ensure an engaging networking experience for the Mitre 10 owner and operators and supplier who invest to attend and host.

The ci Experience

Our partnership with Mitre 10 saw us create an event concept that allowed the group to travel through the developing eras of Shanghai, East Meets Best. As Shanghai is one of the most dynamic cities in the world we could accentuate the contrasts of this bustling city through the changes that have occurred over the era ‘s.

The passion our client held for Shanghai was prevalent so we needed to produce a programme to highlight the importance of China’s relationship with the Mitre 10 brand but also to allow the delegates to leave energised and culturally enriched and to ensure they have long lasting memories of an exciting event. The programme overall had to be offering a very unique mix of culturally dense enriched functions embracing the location, educational conferencing sessions , wow” evening events highlighting various parts of the city and it’s culture but also ensuring guests travel through an inspirational week long story and the theme is prevalent at each experience.

By integrating the cities elements and the East Meets Best concept into a programme we were able to allow the delegates to experience the extra-ordinary throughout the week. Travelling through Old-Shanghai in a sidecar and experiencing the way of life of some of the Shanghainese, exploring six different factories where products are made and then finishing with a Gala Dinner like no other with a full acrobatic show and production. cievents developed a full scope creative concept alongside a full event management service whilst working in a close partnership with the client to develop an event that has gone down in history as the best Mitre 10 bi-annual conference yet!
