This was the fastest selling event on record (3 Weeks) for Pearson due to a clear and recognisable identity and a targeted strategic campaign.
The ci Solution
This was the first time Pearson had used a specialist event agency to develop and execute their event creative strategy. We had helped the client from a position of concern that they would not achieve enough registrations to having to close registrations 6 weeks earlier than expected.
The focus of the campaign was SMS and EDMs at staged intervals to develop intrigue and excitement. We provided full event website management for the forum which formed the central hub for all ongoing communications for the event.
