CiEvents Strategy:
From a foundation of understanding the client’s culture and objectives, we developed a strategic approach focusing on impactful personal and professional experiences to unite the delegates and create empathy and understanding amongst them. Robyn Moore, Laurie Lawrence, Ian Schubach and Keith Abrahams – all highly renowned motivational speakers - were used to deliver the underlying 'emotional intensity' theme throughout the conference. As an icebreaker, the first evening was an informal dinner at MovieWorld, incorporating an interactive 'Brand Talent Time' ice-breaker involving all delegates. |

With a series of host facilitators on Day 2, the climax was an interactive 'Tikes on Bikes', requiring teams of 7 to assemble parts to bikes in breakout sessions, with race time looming in the early evening. Reassembling in the ballroom with 80 bikes in tow!!! each team smug with accomplishment, the Smith Family host announced that their bikes would indeed race, yet by the 80 unprivileged children who gathered on stage. The sense of pride, respect for the company and community contribution was overwhelming. Tears were brushed aside later in the evening at a stunning gala dinner in recognition of top achievers amongst the brands.   |
