The Annual Global Gathering is held in a different host country each year. cievents and cicreate have successfully executed this event in Thailand, Ireland, USA, Spain, Barcelona and Malaysia in previous years. The 3,000 delegates journey from 12 different countries for a 3 day conference and gala events. cievents and cicreate manage all flights, accommodation, transfers, venues, creative, online presence, registrations, celebrity speakers, all entertainment, content and strategic development.

The event was held in Las Vegas in July 2010 with André Agassi as one of the headline speakers. The headline act for the after party was world renowned DJ Samantha Ronson.
