Circus was the theme and Circus it was!

With 340 guests at Twin Waters Sunshine Coast and the weather man telling us "Fine and Sunny", we eventuated with something very different.  The hotel has it's own trapeze area, so the hotel screamed "CIRCUS".  We trained four delegates to be pulled out of the audience to be part of a trapeze extravaganza!  The side show ally was under way and guests were all enjoying their meal, when out of no where, clouds started coming overhead and alight drizzle was felt.  A quick decision had to be made to move everything into the lobby of the hotel.  Guests were asked to continue eating near the stalls "stand up" style, while the CiEvents staff together with the hotel, moved the entire event inside.  The Circus continued with jugglers, contortionists, music and other Circus acts inside.  Everyone was in good spirits.
