Task

Create an event that encouraged delegates to take ownership of their business and future. Giving them the tools to take control, view new and exciting product and become informed about new trends in the industry. The CiEvents and CiCreate team worked together with the client to develop a strong theme to encapsulate the key learning outcomes required for the event.

The event ran over 5 nights with a large scale exhibition, workshops, plenary and lavish evening events. Delegates arrived in Melbourne for an exciting 25th Anniversary cocktail party in Crowns' Studio 3. Complete with caipoira dancers & acrobatic performers, the dancing continued well into the night! Conference sessions were hosted by comedian Gary Eck and focused on the future and new developments in the industry. The 50 booth exhibition became the focal point of the event, allowing suppliers and sponsors to share their product and interact with the delegates.

The peak of the event came with the Martini Club gala dinner & awards night, again hosted by Gary Eck, with performances from The Rat Pack and Big City Beats. Client and delegates were thrilled with the outcome and the opportunity to come together to discuss their business.
