La balle bleue la plus réussie pourtant (The most successful blue ball yet)

Each year this client throws a series of lavish balls in Australia and New Zealand to thank their most prolific recruiters. Tickets are coveted and each year recruitment staff leap at the chance to attend these events.

In past years the online registration system was unable to limit the number of tickets to individual invitees so this was always a menial task for CiEvents filtering requests and explaining allotments.

This year cicreate was invited to step up to the plate and design and manage the entire visual identity and online themeing. This gave the cicreate team full autonomy over artistic direction. The team was able to work together across the entire project.

cicreate was also able to provide a solution to our client to deliver and manage the online registration system more efficiently and in a way that would guarantee invitees could register only for their set number of tickets.

Then cicreate cemented the idea of using SMS message blasts to further enhance the build up to each event. After the events cicreate would also produce a themed online photo gallery for attendees to remember their experience.
